Shannon is an actor, singer, and teaching artist currently based in Columbus, Ohio as she receives her M.F.A in Acting at The Ohio State University, though she remains closely tied to Atlanta, GA where she launched her professional career and her home city of Pittsburgh, PA. At OSU, Shannon currently serves as a Graduate Teaching Associate and is the Director of Community Relations for The Shakespeare and Autism Project. She has a B.A. in Theatre from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Concentration in Music and Dance. Shannon has a strong background in immersive, outdoor, & site-specific work, and is particularly drawn to devised theatre and new works that amplify underrepresented narratives and create community conversation.
